Ada'Soon Dir-Kamal, (?b - ?d)

Leader of an Akaviri army of that sacked the Skyrim city of Windhelm.

Agnorith (?b - ?d)

Brother of First Emperor of Tamriel, Tiber Septim, father of Third Emperor, Kintyra.

Akorithi, Queen (3E 369 - ?d)

Akorithi, Queen of Sentinel and wife to King Cameron, was born in 3E 369. Mother of Aubk-i in 3E 386 and Greklith in 3E 392.

Aiden Direnni (?b - ?d)

The leader of the Direnni Elves defeats the Allesian Army at Glenumbria Moor in 1E 482 at the cost of greatly weakening the Elves power. The weakened Elves finally fell to the Cyrodiil Empire in 1E 498.

Alinor, King (?b - ?d)

Aldmeri King of Summerset Isle during the formation of the Aldmeri Dominion in 2E 830.

Alessia, Empress (?b - ?d)

In 1E 242 the slave queen Alessia began the rebellion against the Cryodiil White Gold Tower which finally falls in the following year. Under her new title of Empress (the first emperor/empress of Cyrodiil), the humans rise to become the most populous and powerful culture in Tamriel. Later on in her rule Alessia creates the Eight Divines based on Nordic religion which still endure to this day. On her dying bed in 1E 266, Shezarr, the missing sibling god of the Eight Divines, arrives at the White Gold Tower in the Imperial City and transforms her into the first of the Cyrodilic saints, thus becoming the first gem in the Cyrodilic Amulet of Kings. Belharza is elected as her successor as the second Emperor of Cyrodiil.

Amiel Richton, Governer (?b - 2E 864)

Provisonal Governor of Stros M'kai after winning the Battle of Hunding Bay. Died in the year 2E 864 at the hands of the rebel Redguard Cyrus.

Anchivius, M.Z.F. (?b - ?d)

Imperial legal expert and author of the book Legal Basic.

Andorak (?b - ?d)

Upon his father's death, Andorak, Emperor Uriel IV's son, was disinherited by vote of Council, and a cousin more closely related to the original Septim line was proclaimed Cephorus II by the next year, 3E 248. For the first nine years of Cephorus II's reign, those loyal to Andorak battled the Imperial forces. In an act that the sage Eraintine called Tiber Septim's heart beating no more, the Council granted Andorak the High Rock kingdom of Shornhelm to end the war. Andorak's descendants still rule that land.

Anido J. Jhone (?b - ?d)

Royal Archaeologist and editor of the book The Epic of the Grey Falcon.

Anthil Morvir (?b - ?d)

Author of the play A Hypothetical Treachery.

Antiochus (?b - 3E 112)

Antiochus was crowned the King of Tamriel in 3E 99 after the death of his father, Pelagius II. Antiochus was certainly one of the most flamboyant of the usually austere Septim family. He had many mistresses and nearly as many wives, and was renowned for his grandness of dress and good humor.

The province of Summurset is nearly lost under the leadership of Antiochus, 11 years (3E 110) after he took the throne after his fathers', Pelagius II, death. The united alliance of the kings of Sumurset and Antiochus only managed to defeat King Orgnum of the island-kingdom of Pyandonea due to a freak storm. Legend credits the Psijic Order of the Isle of Artaeum with the magic behind the storm.

Unfortunately, his reign was rife with civil wars, surpassing even that of his grandfather Uriel II. King Antiochus dies after 13 years of rule and his daughter, Kintyra II, takes the throne.

Arkan, Scribe of Daggerfall (?b - ?d)

Author of the Scroll of Baan Dar (2E 24), a collective work attempting to describe and explain the mysterious Bandit god, Baan Dar.

Arlimahera, Blood Queen of Hegathe (?b - ?d)

Queen of Hegathe, she was the first to write of the Dark Brotherhood in 2E 412.

Arslan II (3E 319 - 3E 377)

Father to the future Daggerfall King Lysandus was born in 3E 319.

Athyn Muendil (?b - ?d)

Author of the book The Cake and the Diamond.

A'tor, Prince (?b - ?d)

Son of the last 'High King' of Hammerfell, King Thassad II who died in 2E 862. Prince A'tor attempted to recapture the city after it was taken by the Forebears but was eventually defeated by combined forces of the Forebears and Tiber Septim's fleet at the Battle of Hunding Bay near Stros M'kai. It is rumoured that his soul was enchanted into an extremely powerful blade which was instrumental in liberating the island of Stros M'kai from the clutches of Lord Richton, but the sword has not been seen since that time.

Auberon Flyte, Lord (?b - ?d)

The only surviving member of the ruling family of Reich Gradkeep was a sickly infant, so the councilors of state appealed to Lord Auberon Flyte, a cousin of Lord Graddock, to rule the lordship in regency. Lord Flyte accepted, and his strong, almost dictatorial style was just what Reich Gradkeep needed to restore order after the bloody Treaty of Reich Gradkeep. His subjects were grateful that when the infant heir died, they not only elevated his wife Doryanna and him from regents to rulers, they agreed to rename the lordship in his honor. Reich Gradkeep became Anticlere, named after his ancestral home.

Aubk-i (3E 386 - ?d)

Aubk-i was born to King Cameron and Queen Akorithi of Sentinel in 3E 386. Sister to Greklith and Lhotun.
