Dremora Tanchelm is a Dremora encountered in Level 2b: Caitiff at Point E. He is disdainful of your presence, but as long as you don't insult him he remains friendly, and proposes an alliance of sorts. He will also offer a scroll which helps explain the Daedric mindset.
