Albeci Calleius is an Imperial battlemage who appears near the end of the quest The Baron von Zarov Files: The Plot Thickens once you've captured "Baldor"; he brings a group of guards to Varian Manor to arrest the impostor and take him away.

Albeci wears a battlemage uniform: mage hood and Legion cuirass, gauntlets, greaves and boots; he is armed with a silver longsword and carries a key to the manor.

Aside from quest-related dialogue, he has nothing to say.
