The Old Tower is located at the south end of Peach Tree Island in Cheydinhal. It appears to be abandoned.

The door to the tower is unlocked, and no one uses it. The bottom floor has a bed and a number of barrels; the top floor has a table that someone is using as a desk, a bookcase with several books and skulls, a large wooden cage containing an urn, and a lectern with a copy of The Old Ways on it. All the items and containers are safe to take or loot - they have no ownership. There are a number of letters on the table, written by someone named Cyrus. These are part of the non-journal quest Letters From Cyrus.
