Orguk Deadeye is an Orc pirate who serves on The Sea Queen, a pirate ship currently moored in Anvil Bay.

Orguk spends most of his time going about his duties; at 7pm, he goes to the Black Flag Tavern to drink and carouse with his fellow pirates until 6am. During the Rangers Guild quest A Growing Guild Expands, he'll be waiting on board the ship all day.

He wears a pair of coarse linen pants and rough leather shoes, and is armed with an iron dagger. He carries some food and a random selection of poisons.

Orguk is distinctly hostile; when greeted, he'll say, "Go away, you're bothering me! If I wasn't on my final warning with the town guards, I'd punch you right in the face! Get lost already!" If you ask for a parley with Captain Hawkins during the A Growing Guild Expands, he'll guffaw and say, "So you demand the right for Parley? Are you a pirate?" Claiming to be a pirate will garner a disgusted look: "You will speak to Captain Hawkins alright! But you do not speak like a pirate so you'd better stop your nonsense about parley, savvy?" He will, however, direct you to Captain Hawkins: "Go to the Black Flag Tavern, he's having a drink and getting friendly with the barmaid."
