Raccan is a Redguard guard for the Imperial Legion at Fort Frostmoth.
He is wearing a full set of Imperial steel armor, excluding the helm (which is random), he wields a silver spear, and he carries a torch. Like all Redguards, he has a natural resistance to poison and disease, and can boost his health, strength, agility and endurance for a short period of time; otherwise he knows no spells.
