The template puts a page in this category when all aspects of a place have been written and checked, and at this point the "cleanup-obrp-place" tag can be removed following discussion on the place's talk page. A week after the place becomes a member of this category and editors reach a consensus on the talk page, the cleanup tag should be removed.
