Attrebus was one of the many conquerors and Emperor of Cyrodiil during the Interregnum. At some point after the death of the Potentate Savirien-Chorak, he took control of the Imperial City and of the Ruby Throne, making himself Emperor. During his brief reign, he expelled the Akaviri from Cyrodiil to rid the province of foreign influence.[1][2] The Akaviri refugees went on to settle in the Rim Territories of Elsweyr, where they founded the town of Hakoshae.[1][3][4]
His fate is unknown but, after him, many would-be-conquerors[5] would lay claim to the Ruby Throne, none would last to be remembered by history until Durcorach came from the Reach in 2E 533[6][7] with his army and conquered Cyrodiil.
