Cumulative Effects[edit]
Effects may not be cumulative within the spell itself, but if another instance of the spell, or another absorb spell, occurs while the first is still in effect, the effects will accumulate. For example, if one perma-spells Absorb Strength twice, for 50 points each, the PC's Strength stat will increase by 100 points. Downstrike (talk) 05:52, 21 February 2013 (GMT)
- In OpenMW ver. 0.44 this effect stacks. If you made, for example, Absorb Willpower spell and cast it several times on the same target, you'll have tons of Willpower. It can work even if target has 0 attribute you trying to absorb. Can't say that for sure about newer versions though. — Unsigned comment by 91.236.150.137 (talk) at 15:22 on 4 July 2020
Stacking Effects in One Spell/Enchant[edit]
- I do not know if this happens outside of OpenMW, but you can put more than one Absorb Attribute and/or Fortify Attribute effect on a spell or enchantment. This is most likely because it is uncertain as to which attribute you will select when you click on the spell effect to add it. Frutz (talk) 23:03, 4 November 2022 (GMT)
