Nivan Dalvilu's House is a house in Bleaker's Way, between Arvin Dalvilu's House and the Bleaker's Way Goodwill Inn.

It is the residence of Nivan Dalvilu, the leader of the Dalvilu family, who is involved in the quest Mephala. It contains only one zone, Nivan Dalvilu's House.

Opposite the entrance are two food barrels. In the northeast area is Nivan's single bed with a clutter chest at the foot, a food barrel with a sack of flour on top, and a set of drawers containing clutter. An overturned open barrel in the corner holds three leeks and a potion of dedication. During the related quest, the Dalvilu ceremonial dagger is on the nearby table. Scattered across the floor and the set of drawers are various items of clothing, including an olive vest, green felt linens, a huntsman vest, a collared shirt, a pair of blacksmith's pants, a pair of braided leather sandals, and a pair of buckled shoes. The dining table holds three cheese wedges, two bread loaves, and two pieces of crab meat. In an alcove by the fireplace is another clutter chest, a food cupboard, and four clutter sacks. In the alcove on the other side of the fireplace, down three small steps are two food barrels.

• The key to the house is carried by Nivan.
• The sacks are the only containers in the house that do not respawn.
