What's going on???

I was just walking down some steep hills from Mephala's shrine, when I spotted two wolves near the road down below me. I sniped them, but halfway down the hill I spotted a body; it was this guy! What's this idiot doing all the way over here, he's supposed to be in the Imperial City or Cheydinnhal! My guess is that he uses the upper half of the Red Ring Road to get to Cheydinhal. That's why you found him found there, probably! Wolok gro-Barok 07:26, 30 May 2009 (EDT)

Theif?

I was just minding my own business in the Market district when suddenly the guards shouted "Stop you pickpocket" and started attacking Cicero who was behind me. After they killed him I searched his body and he had stolen a Fine Steel Bow from somewhere.--125.238.72.229 09:57, 19 July 2010 (UTC)

Hmm, that is odd. He should just hand out newspapers and be peaceful all day long. I'm pretty sure he's got plenty of food available inside the store at 6am and I can't monitor anything suspicious at the Feed Bag at 8pm. Might have been a coincidence. Sadly I can't remember the day or time. I was just surprised by it then followed the guards as they attacked him and killed him, raided his body and found he had stolen a Fine Steel bow.
