Catch a rare Inner Sea Scalyfin fish in the saltwaters of Bleakrock.

Bleakrock Angler is awarded for catching a rare Inner Sea Scalyfin in Bleakrock Isle (or Bal Foyen, despite the description). All of the water in Bleakrock Isle and Bal Foyen is considered Ocean water, so stock up on Worms and Chub. Note that this is not required for the Pact Fisherman achievement.
