Burzunguk is an Orc fence who can be found in the Outlaws Refuge in Orsinium. His stall, Quick & Easy Fencing, is on the eastern side of the refuge. He's rather jumpy for someone in his line of work, and apparently wants to get out of the racket.

If the daily fence limit hasn't been hit, he'll say:

"Nobody followed you down here, right?"

"Let's do this quick. I plan on retiring tomorrow."

If the daily fence limit is hit, he'll say:

"Too much attention right now. Come back later."
