Holgunn warned me that Tanval will likely try to release the second Brother of Strife from Tormented Spire. To ascend the spire I'll need to speak to the grandmaster of House Dres in Kragenmoor.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Speak to Holgunn at Fort Virak.
- Head to Kragenmoor and talk to the House Dres grandmaster.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
After The General's Demise, Holgunn One-Eye outside of Fort Virak's keep will tell you that Tanval Indoril is likely planning on releasing Sadal, the second Brother of Strife. You will need to travel to Kragenmoor and speak with Grandmaster Omin Dres.
Travel south from Fort Virak and head to Kragenmoor. You will meet Riinisi Dreloth who is on the road heading towards the city from the south of Sheogorath's Tongue. She will reward you with a small amount of gold.
Notes[edit]
- If you drop the quest and have already reached Kragenmoor, there is no way to retrieve it again.

Notes
* Any text displayed in angle brackets (e.g.,
<Alias=LocationHold>
) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
