Cousin Scrag is an Ogre encountered at his eponymous larder. He acts as the boss of that location.

- Backhand
- A basic melee attack that deals moderate-high physical damage.
- Smash
- Cousin Scrag smashes its target with its fist, dealing very high physical damage and snaring for one second. This can be blocked to set Cousin Scrag off-balance, though it won't negate the snare.
- Summon Bear
- Periodically Cousin Scrag summons a Scrag's Bear to fight for him.
