After speaking to Captain Jamila, everything goes dark and the next thing you're below decks with Ensign Monwe. He'll shout:

Ensign Monwe: "The battle's on! Hurry! They need you topside!"

He then runs up the stairs.

Follow him and you'll be surrounded by the chaos of battle. You'll hear a Prowler Crew Member say:

Prowler Crew Member: "Gods! That's magefire! Clear the deck!"

Once the Prowler Crew Member finishes speaking, an incendiary explodes and kills him.
