The Guardian of Pestilence is a skeever that appears when you acquire the Guardian of Pestilence verse. It acts as a temporary summon that fights for you and takes continuous damage when in combat. When it dies, you can use the "Guardian of Pestilence" synergy to stomp the Guardian of Pestilence which launces balls of disease to all nearby enemies and creates an area around the corpse for 30 seconds dealing continuous disease damage.
