The Swords of Solitude asked me to kill a Sea Giant on Western Skyrim's northern shore, and recover information gathered by scouts who fell victim to the brute.
Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- (Optional) Talk to Shield-Captain Viglir.
- Talk to Hidaver in Solitude.
- Defeat Ysmgar, and collect all three reports.
- Return to Hidaver.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
This time the Swords of Solitude need your help with a fearsome monster— a Sea Giant has made it's way to the northern shores of Western Skyrim and almost wiped an entire patrol, save for a single soldier.
Your mission is to end the Sea Giant's life and collect three scout reports that are scattered nearby the giant's camp. Once this is done, return to Hidaver for some praise and your reward.

) is dynamically set by the game and will be filled in with the appropriate word(s) when seen in game.
- Not all Journal Entries may appear in your journal; which entries appear and which entries do not depends on the manner in which the quest is done.
- Stages are not always in order of progress. This is usually the case with quests that have multiple possible outcomes or quests where certain tasks may be done in any order. Some stages may therefore repeat objectives seen in other stages.
