Mush-Jekka is an Argonian fisher in the Mother's Den area of the Shimmerene Waterworks. He's in the alcove at the bottom of the stairs having his drink.

He will either welcome you or warn you about the ruler of the Den:
- "You are welcome to join us here if you wish. It may not look like much, but what it lacks in style it makes up for in kindness and freedom."
- "Mother is a wise and just leader. Just do not make her mad."
