- Complete 5 Black Sacrament contracts at the highest possible reward level.
Perfect Sacrament is awarded for completing 5 Black Sacrament contracts for the Dark Brotherhood with the highest possible reward. This means that you must complete all of the optional tasks for each contract. These usually involve keeping your alert level down below a certain level, getting out before a certain time limit, and/or performing a small secondary task in addition to the assassination.
