Pressure Valves are vital parts of the machinery found in Arkasis's laboratory in Stone Garden. When you arrive in the lab, Gwendis will have you destroy these valves to lure Arkasis out of his dome to fight. To this end, she'll have you use the werewolf behemoth transformation potions she collected.
