Defeat the undead hordes of Hergor the Fallen at Rulanyil's Fall.

The Rulanyil's Fall Group Event takes place in the southeastern-most chamber in Rulanyil's Fall. The room is initially empty, but there is a pyre on the central altar. When you light it, (harmless) blue fire will erupt around the room and you will be attacked by a horde of Desecrated Skeletons. Defeat them all, and a wave of Desecrated Ghosts will follow. When you defeat them, a Wraith named Hergor the Fallen will appear and attack. Defeat him to earn the achievement and a Skill Point.
