Saradin the Lost Love

Saradin the Lost Love is the tortured spirit of Saradin, the last princess of Skyreach. In life she fell deeply in love with Virmaril, an adviser and close friend to her father High King Durac. However, since Virmaril was neither a Nede or royalty, Durac refused to let the pair marry. Instead he betrothed Saradin to Kestic, a Nedic king.

Virmaril was devastated and attempted to convince Saradin to run away with him. Saradin painfully refused, and an enraged Virmaril massacred the conclave of Nedic kings, including Durac, who had met to formulate the Nede's next course of action during the Yokudan invasion before turning himself into a lich. Saradin, who was planning to apologize to Virmaril after the conclave, was also killed during her lover's betrayal, as were the rest of Skyreach's inhabitants.

You will encounter her hostile spirit in the Cavern of Lost Souls while clearing Skyreach Catacombs, and finally put her to rest. Her diary is located next to her.

Other than having a much larger health pool and higher damage output, she uses almost all the abilities of standard wispmothers.

Skills and Abilities[edit]

Rain of Wisps
Saradin the Lost Love summons a volley of wisps that crash into the ground all around her position, indicated by numerous red circles, dealing moderate magical damage each.
Clone
When below 50% health, Saradin the Lost Love summons two weaker clones of herself. They disappear when Saradin the Lost Love is defeated.
Summon Wisps
All throughout the fight, wisps passively appear near Saradin the Lost Love to attack her target.

Bugs[edit]

  • Unlike other named wispmothers, the copies of herself that Saradin summons are named "Wispmother" rather than the same name as her and are way smaller than her, making it easy to spot the real Saradin the Lost Love. ?
