Sir Merne is a dog west of the Great Hall, below the practice grounds at Firebrand Keep in Stormhaven.
During Retaking Firebrand Keep, he will hide with Umay af-Kardyn at the garrison side held by Sir Edmund's loyalists during the in-fighting between the Knights of the Flame. After the fighting has ended, he will resume wandering the garrison grounds.
