Toomon is a deceased Wood Elf found in the Atoll of Immolation at the end of the Lost in the Wilds achievement, with his pet bog dog Bethany sitting by his side. He chased after Bethany when she got spooked and fled into an Oblivion portal, but didn't manage to escape the Atoll with her, and instead perished at the hands of the Daedric inhabitants.
He is the author of the notes I Need Your Help!, Your Assistance Is Appreciated, and Save My Precious, which he uses post-humously to request aid.
