Traveler

Out in the wilderness or near the road, you may find a Traveler tied up and calling for help. As you approach, a number of bandits jump out and attack. Defeating them grants you experience points and frees the Traveler, who thanks you. This is part of a World Event.

Dialogue

From a distance, they'll call for assistance:

"Help me!"

"Help!"

"Can anybody help me!"

"Over here, hurry!"

When you get close enough, the traveler will apologize for luring you in.

"I'm sorry, they forced me to do it! I had no choice!"

After you defeat the cutthroats, the Traveler will thank you as they run away:

"I thought I'd never escape."
