Valkynaz Lirik

Valkynaz Lirik is a Shardborn Dremora who is one of the leaders involved with the Mirrormoor Incursions plaguing West Weald. He can be encountered in wilds around a Mirrormoor Mosaic performing a ritual to empower the rift, as well as defending the Mirrormoor champion once it is summoned.

Skills & Abilities

As a boss rank enemy, Valkynaz Lirik is immune to crowd control. He wields a two handed sword in battle.

Glass Shards

When alone before the main boss fight, multiple Shard Tornadoes wander about in the zone. They move slowly, dealing very fast ticks of moderate magic damage and knocking back players in an area.

Ritual Glass

When alone before the main boss fight, Valkynaz Lirik stands in the middle of a zone dealing continuous fast ticks of moderate magic damage and knocking back.

Glass Lightning

When alone before the main boss fight, lightning strikes happen throughout the whole zone, dealing moderate-high magic damage in a small area.

Hack

Basic melee attack dealing moderate physical damage.

Cleave

Valkynaz Lirik swings his weapon around like Cleave does, dealing minor physical damage to all targets in front of him. This attack has no red cone indicator.

Wild Swings

Valkynaz Lirik swings his weapon around three times, dealing moderate-high physical damage to all enemies in front of him each time and staggering with the last. This attack has no red cone indicator.

Uppercut

Valkynaz Lirik makes an Uppercut-like attack which deals extremely high physical damage and knocks back the target. This can be blocked to stagger Valkynaz Lirik instead.

Rush

Valkynaz Lirik dashes to a distant target like Critical Charge does, dealing moderate-high physical damage to the target.

Glass Slam

Valkynaz Lirik spins around once slowly and slams his sword on his target, dealing very high physical damage and knocking down targets in a small area. It then forms four glass shard areas in a "T" pattern which deal continuous moderate-high magic damage. The glass shards part appears identical to the "Glass Shards" attack in the death recap.

Glass Sky

When the Mirrormoor Champion is close to death, the three Valkynaz will arrive in the shielded area to perform the spell. Large AoE circles will appear around random players and the shards of glass will smash down from the sky, dealing very high magic damage and knocking down.

Dialogue

When encountered performing the ritual in the wilds, you may hear his ambient dialogue:

"Irnak Myrr-mahr, suni zagh. Irnak Myrr-mahr, suni zagh."

"Vyla uxun, vyla vesek. Vyla uxun, vyla vesek."

When you disrupt his ritual:

Valkynaz Lirik: "You will regret this interruption."

Valkynaz Lirik: "Behold the power of Mirrormoor!"

After you disrupted his ritual:

Valkynaz Lirik: "You failed, mortals, and you shall keep failing!"

Valkynaz Lirik: "Now witness what our ritual has wrought!"

Valkynaz Lirik: "Mirrormoor is upon you."

When the champion is about to be summoned as the rift opened, he may say the following sets of lines:

Valkynaz Lirik: "Come forth, champion of Mirrormoor!"

Valkynaz Lirik: "Champion of Mirrormoor, we summon you!"

During the fight with the champion, he will arrive to defend it:

Valkynaz Lirik: "Suffer the fury of Mirrormoor!"

Valkynaz Lirik: "Our victory is inevitable!"

After you drive him back:

Valkynaz Lirik: "Relish your small victories."

Valkynaz Lirik: "You cannot withstand the coming of Mirrormoor!"

As the champion is close to death, the three Valkynaz will arrive together to use the Glass Sky attack:

Valkynaz Lirik: "^(?)"

If Valkynaz Lirik is the one to cast the spell:

Valkynaz Lirik: "See your doom in the sky!"

Upon defeating the Valkynaz and their champion:

Valkynaz Lirik: "We failed."
