Scrying and Excav Off-Levelling?

I ended up getting max (Level 10) Excavation with Scry at Level 9 (175/200). I had all Antiquity-related achievements but the incompletable ones (max for both + perfect all lead types). I even made sure to complete a Simple Excav to even it off, to check and see if I'd get Scry experience from said achievement. I know documentation says that "getting achievements" grants experience for both Excavations and Scries, but the Max Excavation one in particular did not. Is this just a weird "achievement experience distribution" thing, where it has to fit the category to gain experience, or could something else have impacted the off-leveling?

If push comes to shove, I may attempt Antiquities on alts to try and solve this issue. I'm guessing it's because there are more Excav-related Achievements than Scry ones (8 versus 4*, unless lead-collecting counts towards Scrying— then it's 7*). — Ingura (talk) 04:27, 20 May 2022 (UTC)
