"Little Arenthia is Anvil's poorest neighborhood, a dense tangle of buildings located just north of the canal. Expatriates from Valenwood form the largest share of the foreign population, but Little Arenthia is home to a diverse population of immigrants from across the West." – The Arenthian

Little Arenthia is a small and relatively impoverished neighborhood of Anvil, comprised largely of Bosmer refugees of the War of the Blue Divide and the aftermath of the earlier invasion of Haymon Camoran. This quarter is home to a variety of buildings, including the city's bathhouse, newspaper publisher, and Guild of Ratcatchers, several small businesses and tenements, the lodgings and workplaces of dockworkers and sailors, and the less reputable Sailor's Fluke and Anchor's Rest drinking dens.

People

Though downtrodden, Little Arenthia is not without it's influential individuals. Perhaps most noteworthy among them is the enigmatic Arenthian, a Bosmer who leads the Thieves Guild's Abecean Ring. Besides him there is also Vallisara, the editor-in-chief of the widely read Abecean Monitor, and Runs-Towards-Time, an Itinerant Priest currently helping out at the Hostel of Saint Rosunius.

Getting There and Around

Little Arenthia lies adjacent to Fort Telodrach to the west, the Marina to the east, and the Port Quarter to the south. Gondola services also connect the quarter to the Garden, Marina, and Port quarters.
