Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Alsia Juvanus in Brina Cross' Crossing Inn about Uricalimo.
2. Confront Uricalimo and either:
   • Duel him to the death.
   • Duel him into a surrender.
   • Shake the belief of his three followers (requires 80+ disposition) and speak to Uricalimo.
3. Return to Alsia.

Detailed Walkthrough

News of Uricalimo, the conman preacher who once took advantage of her, has shaken Alsia. Ask her about the topic and she will ask you to confront him. She believes that he may be in Archad in the Dasek Marsh. You can fast travel here by taking the cart to Anvil, and then the boat to Archad - or you can go cross-country, traveling south until reaching Hal Sadek and following the signs from there to Archad.

On arrival, you will find that Uricalimo has already gathered quite the following, with the group stood in the village square. Speak to him about the Uricalimo topic. He'll challenge you to a duel. You can accept and fight him to within an inch of his life - and then beyond that inch, if you choose to reject his plea to surrender. You can alternatively convince his followers to abandon him by speaking to them about Uricalimo with 80+ disposition. If you choose this option, speak to him once all three have been convinced and he will opt to leave town.

Regardless of your approach, you will receive (or can take) the unique artifact, Sinweaver. Then return to Alsia to give her the good news. She has reflected in your absence and found a bit of her own direction (rather than that of others), and depending on how you handled Uricalimo, will either express trepidation at your violent approach or thank you for your actions.

• Your disposition and reputation gain varies depending on your approach to Uricalimo as follows:
  • Engaging him in a duel and knocking him out: +3 faction reputation, +10 disposition with Alsia.
  • Engaging him in a duel and sparing him: +4 faction reputation, +15 disposition with Alsia.
  • Killing him in a duel: +2 faction reputation, +5 disposition with Alsia.
  • Killing him outside of a duel: +1 faction reputation.
  • Convincing his followers to turn away from him: +1 general reputation, +5 faction reputation and +15 disposition with Alsia.
