Tynul Valelian

Tynul Valelian is an Imperial Priest and the head of the Cult of Winds. This is a religious grouping in Charach that venerates Kynareth and (whether as a facet of Kynareth or as a separate entity) the Redguard spirit, Tava. He can be found in the basement of the Chapel of the West Wind on Charach.

Tynul is especially interested in collecting physical objects - so-called "Divine favors" - left by Kynareth. Having heard reports of of one, he will ask you to investigate.
