Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Helle in the House of Mara in Dragonstar East.
2. Collect alms from the citizens of Dragonstar East. Jarl Jona and Freydis Ice-Moon give a lot. Taurus Hall is also a good place to ask.
3. Return to Helle when you've collected 300 gold.
