New Sheoth Districts Bliss Crucible New Sheoth Palace New Sheoth Graveyard New Sheoth New Sheoth is the capital of the Shivering Isles, located on the eastern coast and on the very border that divides Mania from Dementia. The city is divided into three distinct districts: Bliss, Crucible and New Sheoth Palace. Bliss, the northern half of the city, is located in Mania, and is patrolled by the Golden Saints. Crucible, the southern half, is in Dementia, and is patrolled by the Dark Seducers. The Sacellum Arden-Sul is located within the city walls between the two districts, and serves a place of worship for all New Sheoth residents. The flame that burns above it represents the faction currently in favor. Outside the city walls lies the New Sheoth Graveyard, where deceased denizens are laid to rest. Sheogorath implies that New Sheoth is destroyed and rebuilt at the end of every Greymarch, expressing his exasperation at having to recall where the city was previously located: "I can never remember where it belongs..." Sheogorath also opines that "The current location is much better than some of the prior ones. Don't you think?" Cylarne is stated to have been the former capital of the Shivering Isles.
