Anger is a Nord guard who is an aspect of Pelagius the Mad's mind. He only appears in The Mind of a Madman during the related quest. He will be beating up the much smaller Confidence, and you will be tasked with evening the odds with the help of the Wabbajack.
Anger is equipped with studded Imperial armor along with Imperial light boots, bracers, and a helmet.
