Myaru Sareleth asked me to investigate a stolen writ on Ralos Vendil, a shopkeeper in the Grand Bazaar. He was killed, but not by the Morag Tong. His shop was taken over by an Argonian, Deecran. I am to investigate the circumstances of his murder and if possible find out who the culprit was.

Harold Elk-Cleave said Idera Veralor entered Ralos' shop the day of the murder. Her apartment is in the Velothi Tower, a large apartment building in the St. Veloth quarter of Narsis east of the Grand Bazaar.

Idera Veralor leaked that Dark Brotherhood members Cululenwen and Eleren Llethros were Ralos' assassins. She said they usually traverse the Council Quarter Tunnels under the arena to get to their targets.

I found a note that implicated Dark Brotherhood members "C" and "EL" in Ralos' murder. It mentions that they traverse the sewers under the arena in the Council Quarter to get to their targets.
