Almere Llerarys is a Dark Elf Mage and an Oathman of House Telvanni. He can be found in Bal Foyen's Council Club, mingling with the Camonna Tong drinkers there.
At the time of your arrival in Bal Foyen, he is seeking the soul of his cousin, Ondres Llerarys, for unknown yet likely nefarious purposes. On receipt of said soul, Almere expresses his intention to return to Port Telvannis. If however you fail in your mission and tell him this, he will attack you in a rage.
