Amandin Platier

Amandin Platier is a Breton knight of Mara encountered during the events of Lost in Transit. He, in addition to yourself, appears to be searching for the missing son of Fendel and Llaala Moryn. He actually reaches the site of the son's demise before you, as indicated by the Torn Journal Page found at the site. Amandin then takes it upon himself to kill the vampire responsible, appearing outside of Madalvel Ancestral Tomb. You can encounter him here and assist him in the destruction of the vampire Vrashammu who resides within.

Amandin can later be encountered as a prisoner in Ernabapalit Camp, but may make his escape without your intervention and (via a circuitous route) return to Bodrum, where the Moryn pair reside. Throughout your encounters, Amandin displays a profound sense of guilt over failing to return the Moryn son alive.
