A messenger appeared at Rethan Manor carrying a letter from Tholer Andas. According to her, Tholer Andas is offering me an invitation to Bal Foyen.

In his letter, Tholer Andas congratulated me for completing my stronghold and offered me an invitation to Bal Foyen, where I could work for him. He insisted that the mainland was where the power of House Hlaalu lies and that more opportunities awaited me there compared to Vvardenfell. The letter mentioned that I should talk to Dreynos Helvi if I was interested in doing business for him.
