Garo Varsel

Garo Varsel is a Dark Elf assassin found in Tel Gilan. He is searching for an old friend named Temis Lorthus, and requests your assistance in locating the individual during Seeking a Friend. He is hoping to maintain a sense of surprise, and asks that you do not inform Temis of his arrival.

Garo's purpose here is not entirely as he claims however - he is in fact an assassin sent to kill Temis, and a formidably powerful one at that. He will do just this if informed of the mer's location. Temis himself theorises that Garo is a Morag Tong agent, but Garo has no such affiliation in the game files and so may be an independent operator.
