Jackarn

Jackarn is a Redguard warrior and Senior Excavator of the Imperial Archaeological Society who can be found in the cabin of the Northern Wind, a ship anchored near the ruins of Manrizache. He is the captain of the ship.

He wears an extravagant shirt, a pair of common pants, and a pair of expensive shoes. He wields a Dire Shardblade, and carries 31 gold and a key to the locked storage areas in the hold of the Northern Wind.

Like all Redguards, he has a natural resistance to poison and disease, and can boost his health, strength, agility and endurance for a short period of time, but otherwise knows no spells.

On the desk in his cabin, there are 2 bottles of Cyrodiilic Brandy, 2 Scrolls of Tevral's Hawkshaw, and a Scroll of The Mage's Eye. There are 2 more bottles of Cyrodiilic Brandy, a bottle of Goya, and a bottle of Plallo's Vineyard Wine on the windowsill above the head of his bed. Dwemer artifacts can be found throughout the cabin, most notably on the desk and in the heavy Dwemer chest opposite to the desk. Leaning against the heavy Dwemer chest is a copy of Advances in Lock Picking.
