Kiseen, a struggling stallholder in Bosmora

Kiseen is a Khajiit commoner who holds down a stall in Indoril-controlled Bosmora. As a Khajiit in a profoundly xenophobic land, he faces a number of challenges to his livelihood. The head of the guard, Relamus Saravyne suspects him of being involved in recent burglaries, and Kiseen has also been the recent target of threats from a group of nearby smugglers. As the player arrives in Bosmora, this particular Khajiit is feeling very sorry for himself.

While Kiseen primarily sells Ash Yams, he does offer Moon Sugar and Raw Ebony on the side, suggesting at least a partial familiarity with the wrong side of the law.
