Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Galsia Romayn on the cliff south of Riverkeep about exports report.
   • Either:
     1. Bring the Exports Report to Arnora Conician at the Narsis Measurehall.
     2. Return to Galsia.
   • Or:
     1. Bring the report to Silana Sentulus at Narsis' East Empire Company office.
     2. (Optional) Return to Galsia and lie about having delivered the report.

Detailed Walkthrough

On the cliff just south of Riverkeep, itself south of Narsis, you can find a Dark Elf named Galsia Romayn. She is very hungover after a night which saw her trek up the cliff to watch the sunrise, and is not in any condition to make her way down to deliver her exports report to Arnora Conician at the city's Measurehall. She asks you to do the job. Agree, and you have a couple of choices - delivering the report to House Hlaalu, as represented by Arnora, or delivering it to their competitors at the East Empire Company.

Delivery to House Hlaalu

You can head to the Measurehall in Narsis' Old Quarter. Once inside, you can ask about Arnora Conician to get directions to her. She's in the Chief Clerk's Office (accessible from the Clerk Offices area). Talk to her about the exports report and you will have a choice over whether or not to note Galsia's hungover state. It doesn't matter if you do or not, although Arnora will express her disappointment in Galsia if you do. Either way, you'll get a copy of A Dance in Fire, Chapter 7. You can return to Galsia for the additional reward of two bottles of Goya.

Delivery to East Empire Company

The report names the East Empire Company, and they'd surely be interested to receive it. You can find their offices opposite the ships on Narsis' east side. Silana Sentulus inside will happily purchase the report for 300 gold. If you want to make Galsia's work day even worse, you can also return to her and lie about the report's delivery. She'll give you two bottles of Goya in thanks.
