Ralsa Hardil

Ralsa Hardil is the Dark Elf Publican of the Morning Sun Cornerclub, a drinking den within the more savory side of Hlan Oek. While he offers food and drink to all passing through, he lacks rooms to rent.

Ralsa has a small role to play during the Thieves Guild quest Smuggling along the Sacred Path. He is the one contact who Adosi Biran considers trustworthy in an otherwise largely Camonna Tong town. For a small bribe, Ralsa will be most forthcoming on the Tong's inner workings, even down to compromising details on the guard watching over their skooma stash.
