Vax Carcharius, head of the Imperial Coast Guard in Morrowind

Vax Carcharius is an Imperial warrior and Inspector of the Census and Excise Office who can be found in the Coast Guard Keep in Old Ebonheart's Ebon Tower. He is the head of the Imperial Coast Guard, which suppresses (or tries to) smuggling activities, particularly in the Inner Sea.

For protection, he wears an Imperial dragonscale cuirass, an Imperial silver cap, a set of Imperial silver greaves, a pair of Imperial silver boots, a pair of Imperial silver bracers, and a pair of Imperial silver pauldrons. For clothing, he wears a pair of common pants. He wields an iron saber and carries an Imperial shortsword, a short bow, and 10 flame arrows.

Aside from his natural charm and ability to absorb fatigue from others, he knows no spells.
