There is NO path to the lowlands from Tomaril Manor

So I went to Yanishanabi through the arch north of Tomaril Manor on the right hand side of the road, found Yanishanabi, and expected there to be a path through Yanishanabi to the Lowlands. No such thing. I am not sure why the notes on this article states there is a path, because I spent several hours looking for a walkable path or even a semi-path to the Lowlands and there is none. I submitted a suggestion to the TR team on their bugtracker about this but this quest is so obtuse, man. An example of bad design when everything up to this point has been very good IMO. Also, Galdalior could give better directions considering "east of Tomaril Manor" is straight off a cliff.
