Anton Berard is a Breton member of Mages Guild and Stirk Fellowship who can be found by the shore in the Solstice wilderness.

As you approach, you'll find him trapped within a magical bubble. Every now and then, he shouts one of the following lines:

Anton Berard: "A little help, please!"

Anton Berard: "Don't just stand there! Help me!"

Anton Berard: "Someone, anyone, please help!"

You can free him:

Anton Berard: "Thank you, stranger. Any longer and I would have drowned."

After you free him, a group of Hadolids emerges: initially two Hadolid Runts, followed shortly by two Hadolid Warlocks.

Anton Berard: "Oh, I hate Hadolids! Help me!"

After you defeat the Hadolids he will be struck by a geyser and soon after two Hadolid Champions appear.

Anton Berard: "Saved twice. Such an embarrassment for the guild and fellowship—wait, not again!"
