Bismuth Steam Baths was made available with the release of the Seasons of the Worm Cult chapter 'Western Solstice' starting June 2, 2025 for PC/Mac and ^(?) for Xbox/PS.

Purchasing the house for gold requires the West Solstice Grand Adventurer achievement.
