Frost Mages are a class of hostile humanoid NPCs that attack using frost magic abilities. They are easily identified as they carry a staff with frost effects at the end.

Skills and Abilities

Ice Arrow

A basic ranged attack that does minor frost damage.

Ice Barrier

The enemy summons an Ice Barrier that absorbs projectiles fired at it until destroyed. The enemy cannot be pulled if the wall stands between them and the target. The player should move so that there is a clear line of sight between themselves and the enemy.

Winter's Reach

The enemy unleashes an icy whirlwind in the direction it is facing. This whirlwind does moderate frost damage and roots all players that it hits. The root effect passes through block.

Run Away!

When too close to them, the frost mage backs up to put some distance between their target and themselves.
