Summon the aid of a Tempest Caller who generates an immense storm on your location dealing 4880 / ^(?) Shock Damage to nearby enemies. In addition, a constant bombardment of lightning strikes target enemies within 25 meters.
This can be used every 30 / 24 seconds.

This verse causes a Tempest Caller to appear, dealing Shock Damage to nearby enemies, and continuing to attack other enemies for 10 seconds.

Notes

• The damage value scales off 1,25% of your Max Magicka or Max Stamina, whichever is the highest + 12,5% your Weapon Damage or Spell Damage, whichever is the highest. Then your damage bonuses apply.
• This verse was added in Update 43
