Shrine of Vakkan

The Shrine of Vakkan is an ancient Argonian shrine northeast Shor's Stand. Within the large square space, a trio of Voskrona Guardians can be found, seemingly posed. They are the group boss for this location and must be defeated to complete the area.

To the east of the shrine is a walkway leading down to the water. Whatever was there in the past has long crumbled away.
